Sharper Brand provides this directory as a service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time. In addition, when using particular Sharper Brand services, you and Sharper Brand shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time.
Sharper Brand provides users with an online directory listing of web sites. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Service, shall be subject to the TOS. You may not copy the results from a search and reformat and display them, or mirror the Sharper Brand Directory home page or results pages on your web site.
You understand that through your use of this Service you consent to the collection of your email address and IP address needed by Sharper Brand to provide this Service. Failure to provide a valid, working email address will result in automatic rejection of your link submission. If you do not agree with these terms, then do not use this Service.

Sharper Brand disclaims any responsibility for the deletion, failure to store, misdelivery, or untimely delivery of any information or material. Sharper Brand disclaims any responsibility for any harm resulting from downloading or accessing any information or material on the Internet through the Sharper Brand Directory.

Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Sharper Brand.
